PHYSIOTHERAPY
Taking Care of You
If you have pain, suffered an injury or undergone an operation, physiotherapy may be able to help you. Through consultation and assessment we aim to provide you with a diagnosis, personalised treatment programme and most importantly, advice on how you can improve your own chance of recovery between physiotherapy sessions.
Treatment programmes offered are tailored to your particular needs but can include joint mobilisations, soft tissue massage, acupuncture, as well as self help advice and exercise.
