Taking Care of You
If you have pain, suffered an injury or undergone an operation, physiotherapy may be able to help you. Through consultation and assessment we aim to provide you with a diagnosis, personalised treatment programme and most importantly, advice on how you can improve your own chance of recovery between physiotherapy sessions.
Treatment programmes offered are tailored to your particular needs but can include joint mobilisations, soft tissue massage, acupuncture, as well as self help advice and exercise.
James A. Smith Bsc, MCSP
Based at Dinas Powys medical centre I offer close to home, timely physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
In 2008 I qualified with a BSc (HONS) Physiotherapy degree from Plymouth University and have since been practising in the NHS and private sectors. I have 10 years experience managing musculoskeletal pain, sporting injuries and post operative rehabilitation.
Along with providing treatments to you, I strive to provide advice, exercise and tips to ensure your recovery continues once you leave the treatment room.
Please either fill out a contact form, email or call to book an appointment. We aim to respond to enquires on the same day where possible.
If I am unable to answer my phone please leave an answer phone message and I will return your call.
